PGPMI - A management programme with a unique blend of classroom and on the job training.

PGPMI is an innovative industry oriented management program initiated by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. PGPMI is designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become superior professionals in the insurance industry.

On successful completion of the PGPMI course, you will be offered the position of Executive Trainee - Tied Agency (Unit Manager) / Alternate Channels (Financial Service Consultant), in grade 1 (or the equivalent grade as applicable at the time of appointment) in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd.

You will be issued a provisional offer letter separately, along with the admission letter from your selected centre, once you have completed the registration process within the validity period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this letter.

The first Admission fees paid by you to your selected centre shall be non-refundable.

Objective:

The PGPMI programme aims at developing well trained and groomed professionals who would be star performers from the day they join the insurance industry. Not only this, the endeavor is to create sound financial planner, the kind people can trust their money and future with.

Programme Features:

The programme is designed to impart knowledge and skills in the basic and functional areas of finance & management. It is meant for all age group individuals who are working as middle/junior level executives/officers in public or private sector / organizations, but have not had an opportunity to acquire formal management education.

- Course consists of 2 Terms and Internship
- Term 1 :- 10 weeks (2 & 1/2 Months)
- Term 2 :- 10 weeks (2 & 1/2 Months)
- Internship 6 weeks (1 & 1/2 Months)

Eligibility:-

The following are eligible to apply:

- Fresh graduates of 2008 with 45% marks in aggregate
- Graduates of 2006/07 with 45% marks in aggregate
- Graduates with less than 12 months of experience with 45% marks in aggregate.

- High Sales Aptitude

Selection Process:-

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. would be selecting candidates based on an assessment process. Initial screening would be done by our 'talent acquisition partners' officials ascertaining candidate's meeting the eligibility.

Then the selection is done in 3 stages as follows:

- Aptitude Test
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
